Thank you for considering Station St Realty, an independently owned and operated real estate agency located at 3 Albion St, Mittagong.
Station St Realty was established in 2003 by local resident Cathy Fairall and is proficiently supported by her qualified staff who can assist with any landlord or tenant enquiry directly, promptly and efficiently.
A ‘hands on’ Licensee / Principal Cathy can assist you in selling your property, buying your dream home or expertly managing your investment portfolio.
At Station St Realty our property management division prides ourselves on performing guaranteed quarterly inspections of all the residential properties we manage, providing a written report to both landlord and tenant after each general inspection. Whilst we also ensure any repairs or requests are reported to and authorised by the landlord prior to proceeding.

Meet the Principal/Licensee
Cathy Fairall
Principal
After a successful career in newspapers as Advertising Manager for local paper Southern Highland News a career diversion led Cathy into real estate marketing for several successful Sydney agencies and her passion for real estate was ignited.
Moving forward to the year 2000 an employment opportunity with a respected local agent gave Cathy the experience and knowledge to become a licensed agent.
With encouragement from client, friends and family Station St Realty was opened by Cathy in 2003.
As a local born and bred resident Cathy offers extensive local knowledge, whilst her ‘hands on’ approach involves her in aspects of her agency from tenants to landlords, sellers to buyers.
